I love Faria! Beautiful cafe for studying, catching up with your friends, & seriously yummy food! I live about an hour away from the cafe & I’ve been coming to the cafe every week for a month now! The traffic sucks, but the customer service, atmosphere, & pastries make it all worth it! VISIT THEM!!

This place has great space indoors and out. Ordering a really easy, and everything came out in a timely fashion. And the bakery and pastries were amazing. The tea was good and the coffee was good.

This place is a gem! I’m obsessed with Faria and have recommend this place to several friends and it’s always a hit. The new location has been a huge improvement. I have always been able to find a table, despite the fact that it is usually pretty busy. The vibe is relaxed and the decor is beautiful. The quality of the food blows me away. They use locally sourced ingredients from farmers I know and trust, from the flour to the produce, even the eggs! The presentation looks like art. Honestly, you would easily pay twice much at other farm to fork restaurants, and I use this as an excuse to come more often. Turkish eggs are my go to, and the miso bread is to die for. The miso bread is such a hit when I bring it to potlucks, and my toddler can’t get enough of it. I also pick up my local flour share here from Farmer Mai, heirloom freshly ground artisan grains that I save a lot on shipping because Faria offers a local pickup option. It’s really special to have a small business in Sacramento that is authentically farm to fork and truly supports local and sustainably grown food AND provides the food and experience that knocks your socks off. Love love love this place so much!

We came here twice over the last 2 weeks. we love their lattes and pastries. The place is spacious and has lots of tables. We ordered their Cherry mocha, black sesame latte, mocha, cortado, cookies, canelle, bun, smoked salmon with bread, cakes, etc. They are all delicious. The latte is smooth and came out with beautiful latte art. You can request less sweet. The place is easy to order through their tablet. And the staff are efficient in getting the orders fast.

Saw this place online, looked like a cute spot to grab coffee and pastries so we went. They actually moved buildings so it’s not the cool looking skinny building anymore. It’s the building next to it. The vibe inside this place was dead. There was a lady making drinks, didn’t look up to welcome or greet us. Didn’t bother to ask us if we needed any help. We saw they had 3 self service tablets so we ordered our drinks. They were out of pastries already since it was 11AM so we couldn’t try any. There was NO interaction with the employee behind the counter. When she called my name for the drinks I was trying to say thanks but she turned away quickly as if trying to avoid contact. This kind of behavior is what’s going to kill the business. Our drinks tasted fine but might have been better with friendlier service. We are trying to support local and small businesses but this kind of experience makes me want to stick with my usual spot.
